Service Mentors

Service Mentoring is about stepping back and looking at the bigger picture.

It’s not hands-on coaching.
It’s not plan management or implementation.
It’s thoughtful, steady guidance over time.

When supports, funding, providers, and life circumstances are all moving at once, it can feel overwhelming. Our service mentors help bring you clarity to all the complexity. We look across your whole support system – your NDIS funding, services, informal supports, risks, and future goals, to make sure everything is working together, not pulling in different directions.

We help you see what’s working, what isn’t, and where adjustments might make things smoother, stronger, or more sustainable.

Through regular check-ins and structured reviews, we help you stay on track. And when life changes, as it inevitably does, we help you pause, reassess, and realign.

Our service mentors are for people and families who don’t just want more support they want the right support, with clear direction and steady oversight.

It’s about having someone in your corner who keeps an eye on the whole journey, not just the next step.
