Majakka, we are committed to guiding individuals on their paths to independence and personal growth through a range of tailored support programs and dedicated Majakka Coaches. We specialize in navigating NDIS and other government support pathways, ensuring that our clients receive the resources they need. Our holistic approach nurtures empowerment and fosters meaningful connections, allowing each person to benefit from personalized services that help them achieve their goals. Below is an overview of our services for both internal teams and external partners.

A foundational program designed to empower individuals to connect with services independently through personalized planning and supportive engagement facilitated by a Majakka Coach.

Training for Service Connection: Majakka Coaches equip participants with the knowledge and skills to independently connect with necessary services.
Personalized Service Plan: A 6-month plan developed in consultation with a Majakka Coaches, outlining tailored support and clear goals.
Engagement Meeting: An initial consultation with a Majakka Coach to identify needs and set goals.

*Optional Add-On: Personalized one-on-one support sessions with a Majakka Coaches.
